Hexr list privacy policy
This policy covers the hexr.app website and the list of people interested in the Hexr beta and launch.

What we collect
When you sign up: your e-mail address, chosen sport, optionally your city, whether you want to test the beta, optionally which Hexr Pro features you would pay for, the page language and the record of your consent. We do not ask for your name or location.
The website has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. It sets no cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
We send news about the Hexr beta and launch based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Sport and city help us decide where and for whom to open the beta first, and the Hexr Pro answer which features to build first.

Transfers to the United Kingdom rely on the European Commission adequacy decision. EmailOctopus records e-mail opens and link clicks.
How long we keep data
Until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 12 months after the app launches. Signups you do not confirm with the link in the e-mail are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time (the unsubscribe link in every e-mail, or a message to kontakt@krecik.it) and request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or the authority in your country.
Voluntary
Giving us your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address and consent we cannot send you beta news.
